Director of Account Services

About the role

The Director of Account Services leads the company’s account management and business development functions, driving revenue growth across local, regional and international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures high‑value client relationships are nurtured while delivering profitable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans and sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify, cultivate and secure new business opportunities in Singapore and abroad.
• Oversee key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and value‑creation consulting.
• Manage project profitability, monitor financial forecasts and negotiate contracts.
• Set performance goals, KPIs and mentor emerging leaders within the account team.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver high‑value projects on time and within margin.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, business development or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing high‑value accounts.
• Willingness to work in an office setting, attend client meetings and travel regionally.
• Strong analytical vision to assess market trends and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high‑level client engagement.
