Director, Specialist Sales – Advanced Analytics for Financial Institutions (APAC)

About the role

Mastercard Services is looking for a Director to lead the commercialization and growth of its Advanced Analytics portfolio across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will drive new business acquisition and build C‑level relationships with the region’s largest financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the APAC sales strategy for Mastercard’s Advanced Analytics solutions targeting banks, issuers, acquirers, digital banks and fintechs.
• Generate revenue by selling Test & Learn and other advanced analytics offerings.
• Develop and manage a multimillion‑dollar pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority markets.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from identification to contract signing and expansion.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite executives, analytics leaders, product and marketing heads, risk and innovation teams.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in financial institutions and their sales processes.
• Proven experience in executive relationship management and enterprise sales leadership.
• Ability to navigate and close large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
