DX Business Analyst

About the role

The DX Business Analyst will support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with business users, IT teams and external vendors, you will translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD).
• Facilitate workshops, manage requirement changes and align solutions with business objectives.
• Analyse existing processes, perform gap analysis and propose optimisation opportunities.
• Support project delivery from inception to implementation, monitoring progress and managing risks.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, track defects and ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet scope, quality and timeline commitments.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and support reporting.
• Maintain project and system documentation in line with governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in trading, commodities or ETRM environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using Co‑Pilot, Power Apps and Power Automate.
