End User Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Operating in a dynamic, high‑touch corporate environment, you will join an agile global technology support service unit as a Level II interface between business users and the broader IT ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Windows 11, VDI/Citrix, macOS, iOS/Android and enterprise communication tools such as IP telephony, Zoom and Slack.
• Perform hands‑on hardware interventions including PC and laptop provisioning, system deployment and workspace moves/adds/changes.
• Assist with basic network and server‑room maintenance tasks.
• Log, track and manage service requests using enterprise ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Partner with high‑profile business units and front‑office stakeholders to understand technical requirements, provide recommendations and conduct user training sessions.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in desktop support, end‑user computing or service‑desk environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support senior executives and front‑office stakeholders.
• Experience supporting front‑office financial services, trading floors or market‑data applications (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to lead minor IT project rollouts or deliver technical training is a plus.
