Systems Administrator

About the role

Libeara is looking for a hands‑on Systems Administrator to own and strengthen the technology environment that keeps the company running securely. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance within a fast‑moving fintech setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune, Microsoft Defender and identity/access controls.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints, device configurations, security policies and application deployment.
• Maintain secure and reliable systems across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on‑premise environments, including backup, recovery and business continuity.
• Monitor system health, security alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Automate repetitive administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Support regulatory compliance (MAS TRM, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and maintain required documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Systems Engineer, Cloud Administrator or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a regulated technology environment (fintech, digital assets) is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Microsoft Intune and Microsoft security ecosystem (Defender, Azure AD).
• Management of Windows and macOS environments.
• Identity and access management, endpoint security, patching and vulnerability management.
• Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, MAS TRM.
