Engagement Manager - Transportation (Singapore)

About the role

Oliver Wyman's Transportation and Advanced Industrials (TAI) practice is looking for an Engagement Manager in Singapore. The role suits highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience, acting as the main contact for senior client executives and the consultants assigned to client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, collecting data, building models and analyses, and carrying out primary and secondary research
• Support the Partner group in project delivery through accurate, high-quality case execution
• Own and develop executive client relationships, present to a wide range of audiences and work day-to-day with clients and stakeholders
• Coach consultants and help them develop their skills

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or in the aviation, aerospace, rail and transportation industries
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and an aptitude for analytical work
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
