Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

iZeno is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across its regional portfolio of technology solutions. You will work with a high‑performing team that delivers AI, cloud, data analytics and managed services to enterprise clients in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute territory and account sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts while expanding opportunities within existing clients.
• Develop, manage, and accurately report a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain customer and transactional data in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience selling software solutions, cloud, technology or managed services.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of winning major, strategic opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without micro‑management.
• Comfortable influencing senior management and managing both transactional and strategic sales cycles.
