About the role

Synergix Technologies, a pioneer ERP solutions provider in Singapore, is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to own the Singapore market. The role bridges Singaporean clients, a Vietnam‑based development team, and Japanese headquarters, driving aggressive local growth while managing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Drive revenue growth in the Singapore ERP market by identifying new opportunities and upselling.
• Schedule meetings to present updates and gather client feedback.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to deliver solutions for new client requirements.
• Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
• Update the in‑house CRM system for accurate account reporting.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong client‑oriented mindset with passion for service.
• Understanding of customer retention and account management concepts.
• Willingness to listen to customer feedback and patience.
• Good presentation, communication and written skills.
