About the role
We are seeking an entry‑level Recruitment Officer for a four‑month contract based island‑wide in Singapore. The role will operate from our Raffles Place office, with working hours from 9 am to 6.30 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9 am to 5.30 pm on Friday. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive recruitment initiatives and support talent acquisition goals.
Key responsibilities
- Partner and work closely with hiring functions, business managers and HR Business Partners.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans to identify the most appropriate candidate sources.
- Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implement them and track the ROI.
- Work on ad‑hoc HR/TA related projects when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of HR Marketing, Branding or Campus Recruitment experience (preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
