Epic Systems Consultant

About the role

Temus is seeking an experienced Epic Systems Consultant to design, configure, implement and optimise Epic applications for our public and private sector clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the Epic platform meets organisational needs and complies with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Epic modules based on business requirements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and updates.
• Provide end‑user support, resolve system issues and assist with upgrades.
• Manage change requests and coordinate integration across departments.
• Generate and analyse reports to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics, proposing enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data integrity and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Active Epic certification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Prior exposure to Epic module implementation or optimisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
