Senior Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary health‑care team in Singapore. In this role you will deliver pharmaceutical care, support patient wellness, and intervene in acute or chronic conditions through expert drug therapy management.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, monitor and optimise patient drug therapy while providing accurate drug information.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug‑related problems.
• Collaborate with patients, families and other health‑care providers to ensure continuity of care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Educate patients, staff and health‑care practitioners on medication use and safety.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (pre‑registration candidates welcome).
• Valid membership with a local professional pharmacy body is preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience as a pharmacist with demonstrated competency.
