Staff Nurse – Central Clinic (Up to $4.5K + VB)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our central clinic team. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, supporting doctors during procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care including patient assessment, wound care, splinting, and pain management.
• Assist physicians with injections, minor surgeries, dressings, and maintain a sterile field in the operating room.
• Monitor patients, respond to clinical changes, and prepare them for surgery.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑operative care and educate patients on recovery and home care.
• Manage medication and medical supply inventory, conduct stock checks and place orders.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold infection‑control standards.
• Support clinic scheduling, administrative duties, and overall safety compliance.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid SNB licence.
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• BCLS certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or peri‑operative experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support).
• Wound care.
• Splinting.
• Pain management.
