EUSS Officer – End User Computing Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EUSS Officer to lead the End User Computing (EUC) contracted team on a government project. You will ensure smooth delivery of helpdesk, device provisioning, asset management and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the EUSS team across all EUC functions, including helpdesk support, device provisioning, asset management, software/patch deployment and user account management.
• Monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality and guarantee incidents and service requests meet SLA targets.
• Implement corrective actions when service standards are not met and escalate issues as required.
• Track team performance against agreed KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in End User Computing.
• Proven ability to supervise a contracted team, coordinate work and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong follow‑through, operational awareness and capability to hold vendors accountable.
• Team player who can also work independently.
