Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to own the successful delivery of Forter integrations for newly signed and expanding customers. This project‑management‑led role drives each integration from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and clear business value. You will bring organisational rigor to turn complex, multi‑stakeholder go‑lives into predictable, repeatable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of integration projects, acting as project lead and primary contact from kickoff through go‑live.
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
• Lead project governance with customer stakeholders, setting agendas and tracking action items.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Analytics.
• Serve as a technical translator, articulating API operations, JavaScript, JSON and other web technologies to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Track and report on project health and delivery metrics, flagging risks early.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects and delivering on time.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an owner’s mindset.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in multinational environments; payments or ecommerce background a plus.
