Events Management – 11‑Month Contract – Up to $4,000/month

About the role

We are looking for an Events Management professional to support the planning, coordination and execution of government‑sector events in Singapore. The role involves handling flagship events, strategic meetings and both local and international engagements over an 11‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event plans, operational workflows, risk mitigation and contingency arrangements.
• Coordinate logistics, on‑site execution and post‑event activities to ensure smooth delivery.
• Liaise with senior management, government agencies, industry partners, academia and service providers.
• Maintain event databases, filing systems and accurate documentation.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations and post‑event review documents.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in events management or related roles.
• Experience with government, corporate or large‑scale events is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Contract duration of 11 months.
• Salary range SGD 3,500 – 4,000 per month.
• Work location at CREATE Tower, NUS University Town, Singapore.
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 9:00 am‑6:30 pm, Fri 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.
