Executive Business Development – Talent Acquisition

About the role

PhillipCapital is seeking a dynamic Executive to drive business development within its Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the Wealth Advisory division by attracting and onboarding top‑tier Financial Advisory Consultants and Wealth Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants (FAC) and Wealth Managers (WM).
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage Team Leaders on recruitment matters and build strong internal partnerships.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract prospective candidates.
• Moderate recruitment webinars and seminars, handling briefings and enquiries via social media platforms.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding of selected candidates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with institutions for outreach initiatives such as career fairs and webinars.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI) are a plus.
• Strong passion, right attitude, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA is preferred.
