HR Business Partner / HR Specialist – Regional (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR professional to join our regional HR team in Singapore. The role supports business operations across multiple regions, requiring occasional travel and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders on HR matters.
• Support full‑spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Drive talent acquisition activities to meet regional hiring needs.
• Participate in organization development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Coordinate regional HR projects and cross‑country initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Background in full‑spectrum HR and/or strong exposure to recruitment or organization development.
• Prior experience in multinational corporations or large organisations is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Mature, hands‑on, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel overseas, including to West Africa, when required.
