Executive English Immersion Coach & PA

About the role

We are seeking an Executive English Immersion Coach & Personal Assistant to work full‑time for one year with a senior business executive in Singapore. The position blends intensive English immersion (about 70% of the time) with light personal‑assistant duties (about 30%). The coach will embed English into the executive’s daily routine, creating an English‑only environment across conversations, meetings, meals and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one English coaching, designing a personalised programme covering fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and business English.
• Accompany the executive throughout the day, ensuring all interactions are conducted in English.
• Support light PA tasks such as schedule coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements and management of learning materials.

Required profile

• Strong experience teaching or coaching adult English learners, preferably executives or business professionals.
• One‑to‑one executive coaching experience is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or TEFL are a plus.
• Engaging, conversational, intellectually curious and comfortable discussing business, technology and current affairs.
• Highly discreet, professional and able to start work at approximately 5:30 AM Singapore time.
• Based in Singapore with occasional overseas travel.
