University School Administrator – 1 Year Contract (Pioneer)

About the role

We are looking for a University School Administrator to manage graduate admission processes and maintain student records on a 1‑year contract based in Pioneer, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Process graduate admission applications and verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update applicant and student records, databases and documentation.
• Prepare and send communications on application status, deadlines, required documents, offers and rejections.
• Handle student requests including leave, withdrawal, programme/mode changes, candidature extensions and fee waivers.
• Respond to applicant/student enquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely processing.
• Conduct data accuracy checks on enrolment, intake, matriculation and migrated applicant/student records.
• Identify system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution and validation testing.
• Support new system implementation, including preparation of training materials, user guides, briefings and feedback tracking.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
