Executive/Senior Executive HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive HR Business Partner to work closely with hiring managers and business units, driving talent acquisition and delivering HR advisory services that support our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and meet business needs.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to business units to align with organisational goals.
• Support implementation of manpower strategies, talent development programmes and operational requirements.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re‑employment, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Coach and guide managers and team members, fostering engagement and strong employee relations.
• Ensure HR solutions comply with labour laws and internal policies.
• Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or a related business discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment and business partnering.
• Confident, articulate and able to exercise sound judgement.
• Quick thinker who can provide effective HR advice and solutions.
• High energy with the ability to manage high‑volume, dynamic issues.
• Meticulous, organised and analytical.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
