F&B Guest Services Officer/Leader

About the role

Join the dynamic hospitality team at Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford as an F&B Guest Services Officer/Leader. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless dining experience across our renowned food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare table settings, side stations and ensure cleanliness before each service period.
• Greet guests courteously, present menu options, provide recommendations and take accurate orders.
• Serve food efficiently, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and look for upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and communicate issues to management promptly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all service areas.
• Assist with hosting and bartending duties as needed.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food and beverage service (preferred).
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level education.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems.
