Finance Manager – Crypto Conglomerate

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial management across a fast‑moving crypto conglomerate that includes exchange, payments, investment, and Web3 businesses. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as the bridge between finance operations and senior leadership, shaping processes and flagging issues before they become problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end and year‑end close, consolidating financials across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Prepare IFRS‑compliant financial statements, handling digital assets, token treasury, and trading positions.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and reporting infrastructure.
• Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary for senior leadership.
• Partner with business‑line heads to provide financial insight that drives operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for the entire group.
• Design and implement AI agents for reporting, variance analysis, and management information.
• Identify repetitive finance processes for automation and drive AI‑based projects from concept to deployment.
• Set quality standards for AI‑generated outputs and build review frameworks.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of accounting and finance experience, including 2–3 years at a manager level.
• Strong technical accounting expertise under IFRS, with experience in crypto or a proven ability to acquire it quickly.
• Hands‑on experience managing multi‑entity group consolidations across jurisdictions.
• Commercial instinct and the ability to shift priorities without losing rigor.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in agentic AI for finance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and building reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining financial outcomes to non‑finance stakeholders.
