Financial Analyst – Consumer Products Supply (CPS)

About the role

Join the Finance team at Pacific Refreshments, a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. The role focuses on business planning, physical inventory, and general accounting for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OPEX reporting and analysis, covering actuals, business plans and monthly rolling estimates.
• Prepare inventory exposure analysis and support cycle‑count procedures and audits.
• Deliver accurate monthly financial forecasts, management P&L, operating capital and variance analyses.
• Act as plant finance partner (KAM) to Shared Services and Operating Units, providing sales and COGS insights.
• Support controls, compliance activities and continuous improvement of accounting systems.
• Assist with special projects as required.

Required profile

• Experience using SAP (or another ERP) and MS Excel.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and build scenario analyses for decision‑making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
