Key responsibilities

• Oversee the set‑up and daily operation of an assigned station or section within the restaurant.
• Supervise and actively participate in delivering high‑quality, profitable service.
• Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager to maintain professional standards and team engagement.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service, from order taking to promotion of food and beverage offerings.
• Greet and bid farewell to guests courteously, adhering to the hotel’s grooming and presentation standards.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and overall outlet performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service within a fine‑dining or heritage setting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent service excellence.
• Professional appearance in line with hotel grooming standards.
