About the role

Join Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s new rooftop bar as a Bartender, delivering high‑quality beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a vibrant, high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare drink ingredients and mise‑en‑place accurately for efficient service.
• Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality.
• Serve beverages and actively upsell to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role to ensure competency in bar operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality control.
