Front Office Agent – Singapore

About the role

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests at NoMad Singapore, delivering a seamless and personalised experience from arrival to departure. You will ensure efficient check‑in and check‑out, respond to guest requests, and uphold the brand’s warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, create a strong first impression and manage check‑in/check‑out processes accurately.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences and VIP recognition to personalise service.
• Process payments, manage billing, and perform foreign currency exchange in line with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, IT and other departments to fulfil guest needs.
• Upsell rooms, promote higher categories and ensure rate integrity.
• Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) and complete daily front‑desk checklists.
