Full Stack Engineering Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Intern to help build the web applications, embedded web experiences, and mini games that bring Gist to life. You will work across frontend interfaces and backend services, turning product ideas into fast, reliable, and easy‑to‑use experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework such as React or Vue.
• Develop web experiences that run smoothly inside mobile WebViews, handling different screen sizes and platform behaviors.
• Design and integrate lightweight mini‑games and interactive features, including both front‑end interfaces and backend services.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and database integrations that power product features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and mobile engineers to turn requirements into shipped features.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, available for a full‑time summer 2027 internship in Singapore.
• Strong foundations in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building responsive layouts.
• Hands‑on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.
• Exposure to backend development, APIs and relational or non‑relational databases.
• Evidence of end‑to‑end shipped projects such as side projects, hackathon builds or school assignments.
