Full-Time Primary Math Teaching Specialist – $4k-$6k, Management Track

About the role

Formative Minds is seeking a full‑time Primary Math Teaching Specialist to deliver its data‑driven, MOE‑aligned curriculum to primary students in Singapore. You will work primarily at the Novena or Marine Parade centre, with occasional support for other branches.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 10‑12 primary‑level math classes per week (2 hours each) following the Formative Minds curriculum.
• Record quiz results and use the proprietary analytics platform to monitor and analyse student performance.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents, providing updates on progress.
• Contribute ideas for curriculum improvement and development.
• Handle administrative tasks, provide peer coverage, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Work a 5‑day week schedule that includes at least one weekend teaching day.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching primary‑level mathematics and improving student outcomes.
• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule, including one weekend day per week.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
