About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join a structured trainee programme with a foreign bank operating in Singapore. The programme is designed to develop future bankers for the fast‑growing North‑Asia markets through comprehensive exposure to banking and finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate across front‑office and back‑office teams, gaining hands‑on experience in wealth management, corporate and wholesale banking.
- Participate in training sessions led by senior bankers and assistants, covering core banking, finance products and market trends.
Required profile
- University degree in any discipline with a strong passion for a banking career.
- Up to three years of experience (or recent graduate) from banking or non‑banking sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to serve North‑Asia clients.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, accounting, economics or related fields is advantageous.
