Graphic Designer – Print & Production (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer (Print & Production) to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will act as the visual guardian of our campus identity, turning academic excellence into compelling printed collateral such as brochures, posters, signage and decals.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high‑quality print marketing materials, including course brochures, prospectuses, flyers, campus posters, large‑format backdrops, pull‑up banners and corporate stationery while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage the full print production workflow: prepare production‑ready files (CMYK, bleeds, margins, dielines), review proofs and material samples, and coordinate timelines with print vendors.
• Create clear design briefs for external agencies or freelancers, review their deliverables and ensure final artwork meets institutional standards and deadlines.
• Typeset, layout and proofread English and Chinese copy, ensuring linguistic accuracy and typographic hierarchy.
• Provide secondary event and student photography when needed, performing basic post‑processing in Photoshop or Lightroom.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on print production; experience in education or corporate sectors is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for typesetting and communication with Chinese‑speaking partners.
• Fundamental hands‑on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras for event and portrait photography.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
