Designer – Visual & UX/UI (AI‑enhanced)

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to create high‑quality visual designs and intuitive digital experiences as part of our Global Marketing team. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams and leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual designs for digital and print media and develop wireframes, user flows, and UI layouts that balance aesthetics with usability.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to translate requirements into cohesive concepts while ensuring brand consistency.
• Integrate AI‑powered and generative AI design tools to streamline workflow, accelerate concept exploration and boost efficiency.
• Manage design assets from concept through final production, meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain and apply consistent design systems, typography, layout standards and information architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 2‑5 years of graphic and UX/UI design experience, preferably in a creative agency.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and professional creative suites with deep understanding of user‑centred design principles.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted design tools and generative AI features – a core requirement.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UX/UI work with a publicly accessible link.
