Group Financial Controller – Multi‑Country Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Group Financial Controller for a large family office with a multi‑country footprint. The role combines controllership, cash‑flow oversight and strategic finance partnership to support senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on group strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Own group cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation and capex planning.
• Oversee group‑wide management reporting, consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage multi‑entity accounting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing and tax matters.
• Lead audits and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls and financial policies across the group.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and operational efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives including investments, divestments and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent), ideally Big 4 trained.
• 15+ years of overall finance experience.
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation expertise.
• Experience at group level with multi‑entity / regional exposure.
• Exposure to cash‑flow management, capex and treasury.
• FP&A exposure is a plus.
• Background in PE‑backed, holding company or investment platform preferred.
• Proven business partnering capability with senior stakeholders.
