Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach new brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Design, launch and optimise paid‑media, SEO, outbound and referral campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Run rapid experiments on audiences, creative hooks, funnels and offers, scaling successful tactics and terminating under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and data analysis.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously monitoring conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new channel expertise.
• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one growth channel such as paid advertising, SEO, outbound or content marketing.
• Proficiency with AI‑enhanced marketing tools for research, copy and automation.
