Growth Marketing Manager – Greater China

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid‑media and growth initiatives in the Greater China market. You will build and scale channels from scratch, shaping the way Chinese developers, founders and business operators discover Stripe.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale paid‑media channels native to China (WeChat Ads, Baidu SEM, Douyin/Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Bilibili, Tencent Guangdiantong, ByteDance Pangolin).
• Design and execute testing roadmaps to validate channel viability and make go/no‑go decisions.
• Own web optimization and landing‑page localization for Chinese audiences.
• Build measurement frameworks and work with analytics to attribute performance to sign‑ups, activations and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing and performance reporting across time zones.
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, content regulations, privacy laws (PIPL) and emerging channels.
• Partner with regional marketing, sales, product marketing and creative teams to align paid media with broader growth objectives.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem, platform mechanics and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with analytics, product, sales and creative teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to design experiments and interpret results.
