Guest Service Executive – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Service Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at our boutique hotels, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay. You will work closely with the front‑office team to uphold brand standards and support revenue‑driving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, room assignments, and upsell opportunities in line with rate structures.
• Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures, luggage assistance, and payment collection while adhering to cash‑handling and credit‑card policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, safety boxes, transportation, and additional keys.
• Pre‑register, block, modify or cancel reservations according to hotel policies.
• Perform night audit during midnight shifts and generate required reports.
• Address Marriott‑related enquiries and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional attitude at all times.
• Assist other departments as needed and participate in special projects, task forces, or committees.

• Reliability in attendance, punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.
• Ability to follow hotel policies, safety procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
