Head of Business Development – Southeast Asia (Architecture)

About the role

Aedas, a leading global architecture practice, is seeking a Head of Business Development for Southeast Asia. The role will drive growth across the region, shaping strategy, leading bids and representing the firm to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business development strategy for Southeast Asian markets.
• Maintain regional market insights and coordinate opportunities with principals, clients and partners.
• Lead bid strategy, pitch preparation and presentation delivery.
• Align marketing materials and messaging with Aedas Global.
• Mentor the BD team and facilitate cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• At least 10 years of business development experience in the architecture industry.
• Proven record of revenue growth and strategic partnership development.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Leadership or team‑management experience, preferably with regional exposure in Southeast Asia.
