Head of Human Resources – Regional Self‑Storage Platform

About the role

CapitaLand Investment is looking for an experienced HR leader to head the people agenda for its fast‑growing regional self‑storage platform. Reporting to the COO, you will partner closely with operating leadership across Singapore, Malaysia and Korea to drive growth, productivity and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership by advising on organisation design, workforce planning, talent management and people risk.
• Lead a small HR team to manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, mobility, HR systems, policies, workforce analytics and training.
• Oversee regional hiring, performance management, talent reviews and succession planning to support expansion.
• Strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and an inclusive high‑performance culture.
• Design and implement compensation plans, incentives, salary benchmarking and retention strategies while managing workforce costs.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and support organisational change initiatives.
• Guide the Administration Executive in maintaining a welcoming headquarters and workplace‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR operations and management experience in an operationally intensive business.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
• Experience working across multiple Asian markets, preferably in self‑storage, logistics, retail, hospitality or facilities management.
