Head of Organic Marketing

About the role

MoneySmart is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its organic acquisition engine across Singapore and Hong Kong. This hands‑on, commercially accountable role will turn SEO, content, social signals and emerging AI‑driven search surfaces into a core revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional organic marketing strategy with explicit revenue targets.
• Own end‑to‑end SEO for Singapore and provide strategic oversight for Hong Kong.
• Integrate SEO, content, organic social, referral loops and on‑site mechanics into a unified acquisition system.
• Build MoneySmart’s authority on AI‑mediated search platforms (Generative Engine Optimisation, Answer Engine Optimisation).
• Lead and mentor the Singapore organic team while influencing standards across both markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Content & Social to ensure seamless integration of content and acquisition.

Required profile

• Senior marketer with proven commercial accountability for organic growth.
• Deep fluency in the shift toward AI‑driven search discovery.
• Strong leadership and player‑coach mindset, capable of influencing regional teams.
• Data‑driven decision maker with a clear point of view on measuring performance in emerging channels.
