Housekeeping Trainer – In‑house Quality & Training Lead

About the role

Urban Company is seeking an in‑house Housekeeping Trainer to uphold the quality and standards of its cleaning professionals. Reporting to the General Manager, you will blend data‑driven analysis with hands‑on execution to shape the supply ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Select, onboard and train new housekeeping professionals.
• Provide counselling, re‑training and performance support for existing staff.
• Create and maintain online training materials and modules.
• Leverage technology to improve professional communication, quality monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Partner with business teams on strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the housekeeping or cleaning industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate points of view clearly.
• Bias for action, high energy, resilient and able to think creatively.
• Experience handling data to derive insights and drive decisions.
