About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR and Administration Executive to support our construction business. The role combines recruitment, employee record management and general office administration to ensure smooth HR operations. You will act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and help maintain accurate HR data. The position offers an opportunity to develop HR expertise within a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

Post job openings, arrange interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave documentation.
Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes and prepare related HR documents.
Support payroll processing and handle other HR administrative tasks.
Perform general office duties including filing, documentation and data entry.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR manager and other departments.
Coordinate with external agencies for background checks and reference verification.
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
