HR Advisor – Commercial & Regional Office

About the role

The HR Advisor will support the Singapore Commercial and Regional Office by delivering people strategies and day‑to‑day HR operations. You will partner with managers and employees to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, performance management and recruitment coordination while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with line managers on onboarding, employee relations, performance conversations and policy guidance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.
• Support talent management processes such as succession planning, learning initiatives and performance reviews.
• Assist with employee engagement and culture‑building activities.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for business reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support organisational change initiatives and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (TA, Rewards, Learning, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR generalist, HR operations, recruitment or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
