HR Assistant – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join our construction team in Singapore. The position will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and off‑boarding, while also overseeing staff accommodation logistics. This role offers exposure to both HR operations and the dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing onboarding and off‑boarding procedures while ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Oversee staff dormitory operations, handling room allocations, maintenance requests, and daily accommodation needs to guarantee a comfortable living environment for field personnel.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing contracts, maintaining personnel files, generating reports, and responding to ad‑hoc HR queries from employees and management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Junior‑level professional with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
