About the role
Our client in the Health & Wellness sector is looking for a proactive HR cum Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and office administration. The role is full‑time, based in central Singapore with standard office hours. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day HR administrative matters and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal particulars, leave records and other HR‑related documents.
- Prepare HR paperwork, letters, forms and other documentation as required.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding administrative processes.
- Coordinate interviews, appointments and other HR‑related arrangements.
- Handle filing, data entry and general office administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required.
- Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties.
Required profile
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
