HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key part in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems/databases.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate submission of payroll‑related information.
• Administer leave, attendance, medical claims and employee benefits.
• Handle work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
• Support employee‑relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances and exit procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant HR generalist experience.
• Hands‑on exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Familiarity with work‑pass administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential employee information.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
