HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to oversee foreign worker administration, payroll, and related HR functions within our construction business. The role includes recruitment, training, compliance, and employee‑relations activities, and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, training, payroll, leave administration and Workplace Safety and Health matters for foreign workers.
• Apply for and renew work passes and site access passes with MOM, PSA, Jurong Port and other authorities.
• Manage employee payroll, CPF, IRAS matters, including IR8A, IR21 and NS claims.
• Maintain records for foreign workers' dormitory accommodation.
• Address disciplinary matters, grievances and employee‑relations issues.
• Assist with WICA/work‑injury compensation claims and documentation.
• Oversee foreign worker security/performance bond matters.
• Coordinate renewal of vehicle insurance, road tax, parking and related matters.
• Manage renewal and administration of BCA licences, certifications and ISO matters.
• Prepare project costing and submit quarterly MOM labour surveys.
• Purchase and maintain office supplies, equipment, PPE and beverages.
• Plan and coordinate company events and staff activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good command of English and Mandarin for communication with associates and workers.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, responsible and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.
