HR Manager / HR Business Partner

About the role

This position leads HR operations and partners with business leaders to drive people‑related initiatives. It involves setting up new entities, ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, and providing HR business partner support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, off‑boarding and HR policy implementation.
• Support the establishment of new entities by preparing employment documentation, HR policies, benefits and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and Singapore statutory obligations such as CPF, MOM and IRAS.
• Maintain audit‑ready HR documentation, employee records and regulatory processes.
• Partner with regional HRBPs on workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational development and HR advisory matters.
• Provide practical HRBP support to managers on performance, team structuring and people‑related issues.
• Liaise with internal compliance, legal teams and external vendors or authorities as required.
• Apply knowledge of payroll processes and statutory submissions to support compliance and resolve payroll matters.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on HR experience covering the responsibilities above.
• Experience setting up new entities and building HR processes from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore HR regulatory and statutory requirements (CPF, MOM, IRAS, MAS).
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory obligations.
• Solid HR operational expertise with exposure to business partnering.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross‑regional collaboration.
