Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, understanding their workforce needs and business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support successful placements.
• Source qualified talent through job portals, networking, referrals and other recruitment platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about recruitment and eager to learn.
