HR Specialist – APAC Region (f/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our growing APAC operations. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and handle core HR administration for a dynamic IT company focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for APAC positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HR systems.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Support HR reporting, compliance activities and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of operational HR administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
• Proven recruitment experience across Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
