Human Resource Officer (5.5‑day week) – Singaporeans only

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our HR team and support assigned departments on a 5.5‑day work week. The role is open to Singaporean candidates only and involves delivering a full spectrum of HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and related departments to provide comprehensive HR services.
• Guide line managers on performance management, resolve employee‑relations issues and address grievances.
• Support training & development initiatives and handle payroll matters.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute inputs to business and operational plans.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, mass salary reviews, bonus exercises, recognition and development award nominations, and budget exercises.
• Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
• Analyse trends and metrics to propose effective HR solutions for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and drive improvements to establish best HR practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to align them with business needs.
