In-House Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel to protect the company’s legal interests and provide strategic support across all operations. The role will manage contractual matters, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and help maximise project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and external clients to manage contract execution and administration.
• Review, negotiate and finalise main contracts, sub‑contracts and supplier agreements.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance, address deviations, claims and disputes, and represent the company’s interests.
• Support commercial strategy, tender reviews, pricing, and bid documentation.
• Assist project teams with dispute resolution, negotiation support and recovery plans.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer, called to the Bar and in good standing in Singapore or another recognised common‑law jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation and commercial legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and dispute resolution in a project‑focused environment.
